henceforth Nyala Wonder Travel, except in specific cases in which it qualifies in respect of the final customer expressly as an organizer of tourist packages under Articles. 33-34 of D. Decree Law. May 23, 2011, no. 79 (Tourism Code), acts exclusively as an intermediary of tourist products and/or services.
The reservation and / or combination of transport, accommodation and the various products and / or services individually provided by Nyala Wonder Travel is at the sole discretion of the Travel Agency, which therefore assumes all responsibility as a tour operator arising from any combination of the same.
The single unbundled tourist service, is not configured as a negotiated case of organization of tourist packages and is therefore governed by these terms and conditions as well as supplemented by the relative estimate form and the contractual conditions of the final supplier.
Nyala Wonder Travel is not responsible in any case for the erroneous entry and / or communication of personal data of customers made during the purchase process. The Travel Agency is therefore solely responsible for the consequences of their incorrect insertion.
Nyala Wonder Travel acts as an intermediary of products and / or services in relation to the sale of other non-accessory services and optional activities (eg. tourist guides, shows, sporting events and recreational in general, catering services, cultural, etc..) purchased by the end customer separately and provided directly by the provider of such non-accessory services or third party suppliers of the latter, according to the contract terms set out in the form provided at the time of purchase by the supplier of such services or third party suppliers of the latter to the final customer, not being configurable the case of negotiation of the organization of tourist packages or any responsibility of Nyala Wonder Travel in the provision and execution of such activities.
Nyala Wonder Travel is not responsible for the obligations incumbent on suppliers of individual products and / or services, but is responsible only for those arising from its quality of intermediary and in any case within the limits prescribed by law under Articles. 1, no. 3 and no. 6, 17 to 23, 24 to 31 of Law 27/12/1977 n. 1084 ratifying and executing the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23.4.1970.
Nyala Wonder Travel, as travel intermediary, is not responsible for the total or partial non-performance of travel, stays or other products and / or services that are the subject of the contract concluded between the end customer and the supplier of the relevant products and / or services.
Changes and cancellations
In the case of the need for changes or cancellation of the individual service and / or tourist product, the Agency must make the request to Nyala Wonder Travel by sending an e-mail to: booking@nyalatravel.com
Upon receipt of such notice, the relevant office will check whether changes and/or cancellations are permitted for the individual service purchased. If yes, according to the penalties set out in the contractual conditions in the relevant quotation form and in the contractual conditions of the final supplier.
Refunds
If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to the credit card used to place the order depending on the payment circuit used. The amount will be available in the account statement in the 2/3 months following the request. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the Travel Agency will be contacted by our travel agency service to communicate the bank details to make the refund.
Documents
It is the responsibility of the Travel Agency to ensure that its final customer is in possession of valid identity documents, visas and health requirements necessary to access the countries covered by the itinerary. Nyala Wonder Travel disclaims any responsibility for failures related to their absence. During the booking phase it is also necessary to pay particular attention to the compilation of the fields relating to the name and surname of the end customers, which must correspond exactly to those shown on the customers’ personal identity document.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions and the relevant quotation form, the exclusive place of jurisdiction between the parties shall be the Court of Imperia and the applicable law shall be the Italian law.
Privacy Policy
The personal data provided by the Travel Agency to Nyala Wonder Travel will be recorded on protected electronic media located on our servers and used in accordance with the provisions of D. lgs. 196/2003, (Code for the protection of personal data) according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
The personal data of the end users are therefore processed in an authorized form for the sole purpose of the execution of this contract between professionals, it being understood that these end users have signed the tourist contract directly with the Travel Agency.

in the person of its legal representative, to whom any requests made in accordance with the law may be addressed.
2. We will only use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Provide the Travel Agency with our services;
- Transmit personal data of the Travel Agency to third party service providers at the time of the relevant booking or purchase of travel services;
- Inform the Travel Agency about new services and products that may be of interest to them;
- Customize the advertisements directed to the Travel Agency.
3. The Travel Agency agrees that Nyala Wonder Travel is authorized to transmit your personal information to third parties only if required by law or if such action is necessary to:
- Comply with any legal rules or procedures adopted by Nyala Wonder Travel on its website;
- Take urgent action, if circumstances require, to protect the personal safety of individuals in a contractual relationship with Nyala Wonder Travel, the site or the public.
4. At any time, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of D. lgs. 196/2003, the Travel Agency has the right to:
- know their personal data in possession of Nyala Wonder Travel and the mode of treatment of such data;
- update, integrate, modify or rectify personal data;
- request the cessation of any processing of personal data that violates the law;
- prevent the processing of Personal Data for justified reasons or, in any case, when the processing is aimed at collecting commercial information, sending advertising, direct sales or market research by contacting the Data Controller at: marketing@nyalatravel.com
Nyala Wonder Travel uses secure data networks and takes appropriate security measures to protect against damage, misuse and alteration of your user data in its possession. Only authorized personnel may access the information provided. Employees and / or contractors ofNyala Wonder Travel having access to databases that store information about its users and servers that host our services, for example, are required to comply with strict rules.
